  The store was reduced in size and inventory some time ago to its detriment. Sometimes the item(s) I want are only available on-line and I'd prefer to see and get the feel of them before purchase. I have -always- had good experiences with the staff. Someone will ask if I need assistance, and if I say no, they'll leave me alone with a cheery, "If you do need help, let us know". I have told pushy sales staff elsewhere that I will leave if they continue to hover but that's never been an issue at my Staples.
